HSBC private banking has in recent years started losing a sub set if its high and ultra high net worth clients with all control being in the hands on Relationship Mangers and Investment Councillors.
The rapid growth of Private bank didn’t translate the same within digital and innovation and the lack of internal communication meant core digital products had stagnated.
We were tasked to aid HSBC in redesign of the core wealth experience for clients and staff with a byproduct of bringing one succinct voice across the coming future of digital for HSBC.

With HSBC Priviate banking being over 30 years old, over time departments have become disjointed. Working in Silo with a number of products in the market place.A new digital experience meant new ways of working. with that had to come a cultural shift to multi-region communication when it comes to design.
