The Big Picture
Before making changes to a refinery or oil rig, BP’s teams need to assess the risks and get the right approvals. Its management of change tool supported that process for more than 45,000 users, but after 25 years it had become difficult to update.
The programme aimed to bring teams across the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East onto a unified global system. We wanted to make changes easier to document, give people clearer visibility of progress and help departments work together without losing information along the way.
